Q & A, Inc. is very sorry to say that we no longer service printers and copiers. The price of shipping parts to Maui has become prohibitive. Shipping has put the cost high enough that the cost of parts plus labor is higher than the standard cost of a new printer. We can assist in making things work together and basic troubleshooting, but we no longer offer printer/copier repairs in our list of services.
